Site-Based Waiting List Opening for Public Housing



The site-based waiting list for 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom Public Housing Rental Assistance Units at River Garden Apartments will open Monday, August 1st, 2022 at 10:00 am and will close Friday, September 30th 2022 at 4:00 pm.


ALL APPLICATIONS ARE ELECTRONIC. PAPER APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.



There are two ways to apply:

Apply online from any phone or computer that has internet access at https://hano.myhousing.com/ All pre-applications will be sorted by date and time of application, with priority given according to the following:


a.First, to families who are employed and working at least 30 hours per week

b.Second, Head of Households who are Elderly and/or Disabled.

c.Third, to all other applicants.



All applicants must meet eligibility requirements, including occupancy standards, screening and suitability requirements.



Maximum Annual Household Income for families wanting to live in public housing assisted units at River Garden Apartments is based on the number of persons in the household. Below are the current income limits. Income limits are updated annually.
